Mobile Websites

Mobile and Handheld devices are outselling laptops! More and more of your clients are searching your website using a portable device that will display your regular website, but not optimally. The incredibly high screen resolution of these devices allows them to display a 1000 pixel wide website but the font is so small it is difficult to navigate with a typical navigation scheme.

We can repackage your navigation to lead mobile users directly to the content they need and we can format some or all of your website to display well on these devices without need for zoom.

The sample at right will lead you through out navigation. Currently the pages are not formatted for optimal display on these devices but that only serves to show the challenge your end users encounter.

Client Sample: We have recently completed a mobile site for Senioropolis Inc. When you browse to their home page with a hand held device the site will detect your mobile browser and present you with a quick and obvious link to the mobile version of their website.

Ajax Event Calendar

Beautifully simple and intuitive, the Ajax Event Calendar can be populated from a database. Defaults to current month, week or day at your option. Events can be linked to any page, or event details can be presented in a simple popup. Available in a variety of colours. Events can be colour coded and turned on or off by the viewer.

Shopping Cart

Offered complete with an admin interface allowing full management of the products and categories with just a web browser. Options are limitless but include choice of currency, complex shiping and tax rules as well as categorization, small and large images and product options. Many of our clients have a shopping cart as part of their website but here are a couple samples.

The cart can be matched to your choice of Payment Gateway. Most opt for the simplicity of the PayPal Standard Payment Gateway.

Lightbox

All of the samples on this page are presented in a Lightbox. You can use the lightbox to browse from one feature to the next. You can also configure the display of the lightbox and play it as an automated slideshow. Look for the gear image at bottom right of the lightbox for display options. There are also traditional play, pause, next icons.

3D Photo Wall

The 3D Photo Wall is a good choice to show lots of pictures in a convenient slide show format. Each picture can include a caption and the layout allows the viewer to go directly to the image that interests them.

Active Slideshow

A self running slideshow with amazingly smooth graphic effects. Images can be linked to any page or site, in the same window or a new one. Various overlays are available or you can choose none at all. You can also choose to add Audio for an impactful presentation.

Flash Photo Album

The Flash Photo Album is highly configurable. Thumbnail images can be above, below or beside the featured image. You can choose how many thumbs are visible at a time and navigation arrows indicate that there are images preceding or following those shown. Clicking each thumb brings up a larger image.

Image Flow Gallery

Inspired by the iPad this flash and xml based application is a stunning way to present images. Each image can have a caption and a link to any page on the web, even a pdf or image. Works best with smaller images. Can be set to auto play or manual.

CSS Photo Gallery

Another simple to use gallery which allows presentation of a lot of images at once. Intuitive to use and fast loading. Simple Navigation buttons allow auto play or manual flip.
